CORRECTED-Kazaa injunction stayed until late Feb.

Sharman Networks, the operator of file-sharing network Kazaa, on Friday said an Austrailian court has extended until late February a stay of an injunction barring it from distributing copyrighted recordings.

Prinsloo found not guilty

Cape Town - Johan Prinsloo, CEO of the South Africa Rugby Union was found not guilty subsequent to a formal disciplinary hearing held in Cape Town. Mr Prinsloo's legal representatives, Mr Johan van Gaalen from van Gaalen Attorneys and advocate C Goosen stated that although not surprised, they are satisfied with the outcome of the hearing.
